Why this one is built the way it is
The officers are listed by name and role. That sounds small, and it is the thing residents and mutual aid partners look for most often.
Accessibility
This build is made to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard the Department of Justice names in its Title II rule for public entities. Contrast is measured rather than judged by eye, every control works from the keyboard, the focus ring is left on, images carry real alt text and motion honours the reduce-motion setting.
Whether that rule actually applies to a given department is a separate question with a real answer, and it is not always yes. Here is how to work out whether it applies to yours.
